1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of edwincolonphotography.com (the “site”), operated by Edwin Colon Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the site or submitting an inquiry, you accept these Terms.

These Terms cover the website itself. The agreement covering a paid photography session is a separate written contract sent after your booking is confirmed.

2. Inquiries Are Not Bookings

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a booking. A session is only considered booked once we have:

• Confirmed availability for your date
• Sent you a written contract
• Received your signed contract and 30% retainer

Until those three steps are complete, we make no commitment to your date and you make no commitment to us.

3. Pricing & Packages

Pricing shown on the site is current as of the publication date and may change without notice. The price you receive in a written quote is what governs your booking, not what is shown on the site at any given moment. Custom packages are quoted individually based on scope, location, and travel.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, video, copy, design elements, and the layout of this site are the property of Edwin Colon Photography and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or use any content from this site for commercial or marketing purposes without written permission.

Screenshots or links shared for personal, non-commercial appreciation (e.g., recommending a friend) are welcomed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information through the booking or contact forms
• Use the booking form to send unsolicited marketing, vendor outreach, or spam
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with site functionality
• Scrape, frame, or republish images or content from the site

6. Third-Party Links & Embeds

The site links to and embeds content from third parties such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those services. Visiting them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Information on the site is for general guidance and is not a substitute for the specific terms in your client contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edwin Colon Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
